Perhaps the best way to rejuvenate yourself both mentally and physically is Yoga and meditation. And what can be a better Yoga destination than India! Yoga is a way of life that owes its origin to India and is one of the six Hindu schools of philosophy. Though Yoga originated in India but slowly and gradually it has spread to all parts of the world. Literally, yoga means to reunite the individual self (Jiva) with the absolute or pure consciousness (Brahma). Hence, Yoga is regarded as a divine science of life. Yoga and meditation helps in cleansing the body of toxins, muscle toning and improving blood circulation. Yoga also helps in correcting body postures.
